The DataCandy member profile allows you to capture information such as name, gender, address, birthday, phone number, email, language on your loyalty members. You can decide which fields are mandatory; these determine what is considered as a complete profile. The information is collected when your loyalty members register trough the DataCandy member portal, as well as through certain online ordering or POS integrations.
Usual mandatory profile fields include:
First and Last name
Email
Birthday
That information can then be used to learn more about your members and eventually target and segment your audience! If more information is required, DataCandy can configure additional fields to track such as product preferences, food allergies.
Clarification: Additional profile fields and our loyalty member targeting tool are only available on our Datacandy PRO package.
You can add, view or edit your member profiles as required through the DataCandy Backoffice. You can also add or remove a card from a profile.
