Once you have found the card you are looking for, the cards "Details" page will give you access to multiple actions you can do through our platform.
View a card and card history
From the main menu select Cards / Search.
Enter the card number.
Click Search. The results are displayed in a list at the bottom of the screen.
Find the desired card in the search results and on the right of the list click Details
OR
Double click on the selected line
In the card details screen, scroll down to view the transactions.
Re-activate a card
This will turn a card active, from an inactive or suspended status.
From the search results, select Activate from the option at the top corner of the list
OR
From the card Details screen, click Activate.In the Activate screen, click Validate.
Review the information on screen and select Activate.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen. Your card is now active.
Change Status
When you deactivate a card, you must select a status. Make sure you select the correct one.
From the search results, select Change Status from the option at the top of the list
OR
From the card Details screen, click Change Status.In the Change Status screen, click Validate.
Select the desired status and click Change Status.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen. Your card now has the selected status.
Transfer a card
When you transfer a card the balance of amounts, points, rewards, as well as the transaction history is sent on the new card. The status of the original card is also automatically set to Lost.
Caution:
You will not be able to reactivate the original card.
You cannot transfer a pre-active card.
A card can only be transferred to a brand new, unused card. If you wish to merge 2 used cards, you must use the adjustments functionality.
From the search results, select Transfer from the option at the top of the list
OR
From the card Details screen, click Transfer.In the Transfer screen, click Validate Source Card.
In the Transfer Source screen, enter the card number to transfer the balance to and click Validate Target Card.
In the Transfer Target screen review the transfer information and click Transfer.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen. Your card is now transferred
Unlock Card (PIN)
Gift cards that have been locked due to repeated incorrect PIN entry can be unlocked with this feature.
From the card Details screen, click Unlock Card.
In the unlock card screen, click Validate.
Select the desired PIN and click Unlock Card.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen. Your card is now unlocked
