Activating your Lights Out Promotions

  1. Navigate to Offers / Lights Out

  2. Select Add an Offer

  3. Select the category you wish to configure

  4. Select the Offer

  5. Select the desired Reward (if applicable)

  6. In the configuration screen, the top section is where you will set the offer (if applicable) and the bottom section is where you will set you message template.

  7. Once you have completed the configuration of your offer and edited your message, send yourself a test message to visualise what your members will receive.

  8. Once satisfied with the result, slide the toggle in the top right corner of the screen to activate your offer.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Your offer is now active;

Clarification:

  • Active offers and any changes to them start the next day.

  • Active offers are shown in green, inactive offers are shown in grey.

  • Offers where a free item is given away appear as an adjustment transaction in the card/member history.

Useful tips:

  • Add a name to Lights Out under the external reference field. This will allow you to differentiate the offers and follow its results in our reports!

  • You can save your work, by selecting the Save button. This will keep your progress until you are ready to activate it!

  • Set an Active offer to Inactive to stop sending emails. Members who already received their emails will still get the reward if they visit in the specified time frame.
