Gift Card Aged Trial Balance
| See how old your gift card liability is.
Shows the age of the balance on gift cards based on when the amount was loaded. | Age Range: number of days the amounts have been in circulation.
Amount: total dollar balance on the currently gift cards.
Amount %: the % of the dollars in that range over the total dollars in all ranges.
Number of Cards: the number of cards contributing to the amount shown. A card can be in multiple buckets. |
Gift Cards in Circulation
| A snapshot of the health of the gift card program and your inventory.
If all your cards are pre-active, there is no sell-through.
If all your cards are active with amount and there are no active without amount cards, no one is spending the full amount.
If there are few pre-active cards you may need to order more and get them to the merchants. | Number of gift cards that are:
