Gift Card Aged Trial Balance

See how old your gift card liability is.

Shows the age of the balance on gift cards based on when the amount was loaded.

Age Range: number of days the amounts have been in circulation.

Amount: total dollar balance on the currently gift cards.

Amount %: the % of the dollars in that range over the total dollars in all ranges.

Number of Cards: the number of cards contributing to the amount shown. A card can be in multiple buckets.

Gift Cards in Circulation

A snapshot of the health of the gift card program and your inventory.

If all your cards are pre-active, there is no sell-through.

If all your cards are active with amount and there are no active without amount cards, no one is spending the full amount.

If there are few pre-active cards you may need to order more and get them to the merchants.

Number of gift cards that are:

Preactive : on the shelf, ready to be sold.

Active with amount : out there in the hands of customers),

Active without amount : out there in the hands of customers, but all the money on the card has been spent.

Lost, suspended, deactivated: these last three mean the use of the card was prevented by an action in the back office and the total.

Also displays the ratio of each status to the total.
