Loyalty Aged Trial Balance

See how old your points liability is.

Shows the age of the points on loyalty cards based on when the points were accumulated.

Age Range: number of days the points have been in circulation.

Amount: total current point balance on the loyalty cards.

Amount %: the % of the points in that range over the total points in all ranges.

Number of Cards: The number of cards contributing to the points shown. A card can be in multiple buckets.

Loyalty KPI’s - By Merchant

Shows the health of your loyalty program by merchant.

See the trend in the graphs and see which merchants are actively participating and which ones might need some attention.

New Members, New Completed Profiles*, Member Sales, Member Visit and Member Spend/Visit based upon the date range by merchant.

% of New Member, % of New Completed Profiles*, % of Member Sales, % of Member Visit as columns in the report compared to the total columns for the Group By Period.

% Change Member Spend/Visit MoM shows the % increase or decrease of the Member Spend/Visit over the previous month.

New Completed Profiles are cards with at least one accumulation(or adjustment) transaction that have a complete profile assigned to them during the selected date range.

Loyalty KPI’s - By Account Type

If you have more than one loyalty account type, this report can be used to see which ones are generating new members and spending and which ones might need some attention.

New Members, Member Sales, Member Visit and Member Spend/Visit based upon the date range by Type.

% of New Member, % of Member Sales, % of Member Visit as columns in the report compared to the total columns for the Group By Period.

% Change Member Spend/Visit MoM shows the % increase or decrease of the Member Spend/Visit over the previous month.

Loyalty KPI’s - By Tiers

If you use our Tiers feature, this report can be used to see which tiers are getting new members and how much they are spending.

New Members, Member Sales, Member Visit and Member Spend/Visit based upon the date range by tier.

% of New Member, % of Member Sales, % of Member Visit as columns in the report compared to the total columns for the Group By Period.

% Change Member Spend/Visit MoM shows the % increase or decrease of the Member Spend/Visit over the previous month.

Loyalty Activity - By Merchant

Helps determine which merchants are actively involved in your loyalty program and which ones might need some help.

Can also help determine seasonal peaks and valleys in your loyalty program usage.

Accumulation and redemption in points, count and percent displayed by merchant.

Includes the Total Operations: accumulate count + redeem count).

Includes adjustments made in the back office: additions, subtractions and cancellations.

Loyalty Activity - By Account Type

If you use loyalty cards with different account types, this report can help determine which ones are the most popular and which ones need further analysis.

Accumulation and redemption in points, count and percent displayed by account type.

Includes the Total Operations: accumulate count + redeem count).

Includes adjustments made in the back office: additions, subtractions and cancellations.

Loyalty Activity - By Tier

What items members are purchasing and, by exclusion, what they are not purchasing over time.

Can be used to determine if promoted items are moving as planned. Requires the optional items feature.

The items sold by count and dollars, including percentages.

Also displays the total dollar value and average of transactions that include those items.

Can group by date or item.

Loyalty Member Item Sales by Merchant.

Loyalty Promotions

Use to compare member activity generated by promotions or Lights Out.

Shows Member Visits, Sales and Sales per Visit in reference to selected promotions.

Also displays the total promotional points given.

Loyalty Active Members

Use to determine the success of your merchants in signing up members and getting them to complete their profiles.

Shows the total members and completed profiles by merchant.

It also displays how many of the total members were active at the merchant in 3-month time buckets.

Completed Profiles and Active Members are from the pool of Total Members.

Active Members represents a card with an accumulation or redemption transaction. A Completed Profile is a card with a completed profile associated to it. They can include complete and incomplete profiles.

A Member is assigned to a merchant when their first transaction was made there.

Loyalty Rewards Activity

Use to compare member activity generated by punch card rules or Lights Out.

Shows earned, redeemed and expired rewards in quantity(count), percentage (%) and dollar value (amount).

Dollar value is based on the reward value entered when the punch card rule was created.

Can be grouped by date or punch card rule.
