Critical Update - Please do so before APRIL 2025

All clients/merchants using the DataCandy Application on a payment terminal for their Gift and/or Loyalty program, MUST download and install the latest DataCandy terminal application version

Caution

We recommend taking action as soon as possible. Failing to do so will result in your service being interrupted starting April 2025.

Clarification

If you currently use the DataCandy solution on your POS, there is no action needed on your part. This concerns only those merchants using the DataCandy application for payment terminals.

Please check the payment terminal model you have; the below table outlines the version needed as well as the loading method on each supported model.

If your location uses one of the following terminal models, you need to replace your payment terminal with a supported payment terminal. The following models are no longer supported for use with the DataCandy application for your gift card and/or loyalty programs and service will be disrupted.
